'Who wants to see some whistle-blower's mug in all the meeja, when Elton John and the Pet Shop boys are so-o-o-o much more interesting,' writes Street-Porter.<br /> 'Whistle-blowers are just so, not, zeitgeisty,' she argues. 'They ruin the Notting Hill Carnival, with their constant, middle class peep-peep-peeing. Oh pur-lease!'<br /> JSP says friends in her influential circle of intellectuals, including Elton John and the Pet SHop Boys, agree.<br /> Janet Street Porter admits she has never met Julian Assange. You don't need to, she writes. 'Why would I want to read about some boring middle aged documents which one middle aged man has passed on to another?
