Trevor Fudge, 43, weighs in at 17 stone 12. He puts his right hand under his left moob and gives it a playful jiggle for the camera. Trevor packs a rather magnificent 36A moob and he explains why he has gone this far.

"Its a health and equality stance. I want the opportunity to ensure that I get screened every 3 years, cancer is a risk for anyone with moobs. I certainly dont want to endure cancer treatment and the thought of a silicon moob? Yuk... do they make them for men? Women are regularly screened, why not men. It has to be sexual discrimination"

The NHS have refuted the discrimination allegation and in a simple statement say "We have reviewed Mr Fudge's case, the risk of breast cancer in moobs is not proven and we have also found he attended clinics and just leered at the ladies in the waiting room"

We asked Mr Fudge about the leering accusation and he replied "be rude not to. Know what I mean" and with a click and a wink he was off
