Why can't they see that labelling products 'new, improved recipe' undermines consumer confidence because it's an admission they got it wrong the previous time.  Avoid 'new, improved' and wait until it says 'Newer still, now we've definitely got it right at last, honest, or your money back.'&#60;/p&#62;
