He didn't ask for food and therefore broke the agreed rules of his carriage when he ate the ticket." The firm's Dan Hagen said.</p> <p>"I mean, there's a degree of nutrition in card and ink. It at least provides roughage in the diet, so he's actually got healthier as well. And it's only fair that he pays up for the benefits he otherwise wouldn't have received." </p>
