I don't always have time to read, vote and comment on every single post (I limit how long I spend on the internet at work, and don't have much PC time at home). If the headline attracts my attention, then I'll probably read that sub eventually. 'If you can't say (or vote) anything positive, don't say (or vote) anything at all'. Unless I find something really funny, I won't vote or comment (unless I think I can offer some genuinely constructive criticism). Even if I do mark a post, I won't always comment, having being accused in the past of being overly-gushing (in my defence I did mop up after myself). I usually refrain from commenting on FPs too - they're all good, so I don’t want to end up repeating myself) A lot of my stuff settles to the bottom of the tank with zero stars.
