You could have an Al Quaeda funding crisis (perhaps they invested in Euros or Northern Rock shares). You could then have them coming up with news cheaper ways to work (as above). How about having to book easyjet flights 3 months in advance to get cheap fares but tipping off the police in the process. Proof that the Conservatives put the family first."</p> <p>Labour leader Gordon Brown laughed down the Tory plans saying "This is typical Tory electioneering. How do they propose to pay for this service after last weeks pledge to provide free tea and cake for all pensioners?". Meanwhile Liberal leader Nick Clegg condemned the proposals as unworkable.
